Terms of sale and refunds

Due to the nature of digital data, we cannot refund digital services, including regular or one-off donations or payments to attend online calls – even if you do not attend. You can stop or change the donations you give at any time. For both online and in-person courses and events, deposits will normally be non-refundable and there will be a minimum period of notice for cancellation. See the relevant course booking sheet for this information.

In the unlikely event that there is a reason to do so, we reserve the right to remove you from our mailing list and/or signed-in use of the website, and we reserve the right to choose to give or not to give you this reason.

All dealings with Reset Clearing practitioners or facilitators whose contact details are available on this site, or otherwise, fall entirely outside of the remit, control and liability of resetclearing.com and Reset Clearing LLC.

If we offer physical merchandise for sale this will not be refundable unless found faulty.

Please note merchant transaction fees are never refunded for any product.

If you choose to attend a call, course or event, you understand and agree that no such service or product contains or may be construed as offering any kind of diagnosis or medical advice, be it physical or mental health.
